Who we are
Brandisity operates https://www.brandisity.com. For any privacy question, write to our contact form.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. When you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, contact details and what you're looking for.
- Transaction details. If you buy a name, the escrow provider collects the information it needs to complete the transfer. We receive the parts relevant to the sale.
- Usage data. Google Analytics and StatCounter record anonymised information about which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which device they used.
We do not run an account system on this site, so there are no stored passwords or profiles for visitors.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, negotiate and complete a sale, meet our record-keeping obligations, and understand which listings people find useful so we can improve the site. Where the law requires a lawful basis, ours is legitimate interest for analytics and contract performance for sales.
Cookies
The site sets a session cookie so the pages function correctly. Analytics providers set their own cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Third parties
We share data only where it's necessary: with the escrow provider and registrars involved in a transfer, with our analytics providers, and with our hosting provider. WhatsApp conversations are subject to Meta's own privacy terms. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept while it's commercially relevant and then deleted. Records of completed sales are kept as long as tax and legal obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email our contact form and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
This site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new date at the top.
